I am a disabled veteran with multiple orthopedic problems--including flat feet, pronated ankles, and knee issues. These shoes fit my orthotics perfectly, with lots of room in the toe box. I used them every day of a 2.5-week trip to Europe, averaging 5-7 miles each day. Blisters were not a problem (make sure you break them in properly before traveling!) and they were so comfortable that I had very few complaints from my feet/legs--which is impressive given how bad my feet/legs are, and the sheer amount of distance I was putting on these shoes. After all of that walking/hiking, these shoes are clearly worn-in, but show no signs of tearing or failure anywhere. These shoes are definitely good quality and built to last.I will happily buy another pair of these shoes, just so that I can have them on hand when the current pair inevitably wears out.
