It definitely isn’t a full size treadmill and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a serious runner or bigger but it seems to work for walking which is why I got it. Can’t complain honestly for how much it was. Only complaint is that the track seems to slide a little bit when you walk on it.You can tell it's a inexpensive piece of equipment. If i had to do it over again i would get a better quality one. I guess the old saying is true,, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FORVery nice, small but efficient. It does feel heated beneath my shoe the longer I run as opposed to others but not dangerous just a little bit uncomfortable at time but it works and it burns fat, keeps me healthy and easy storage and doesn't take up much spaceIt was easy to assemble, and works great for my needs. I’m elderly and walk slow. I also like to read when I’m using it. Had to be creative to figure out how to set up my book. But a plastic lid and pillow did the trick.Small and foldable, perfect size for a small roomIt works on my bedroom as I don't have a big bedroom. Easy to use , even my Grandson will use it he's 14.
