Just added between 15 & 20 lbs of water for my current set of clients. Today was our first day and we did everything from chin rows (holding it vertically by one black handle) to sumo squats, to curtsies, to bicep curls (black handles-awesome!!). We had a lot of fun just messing around and seeing what we could come up with. This thing has so much potential!Someone said you can’t see the water in the clear one...you can but clearly they dyed the water in the BOSU video so it doesn’t show up like that. You can easily see the water level, though.The screws were cranky about going in for the handle installation, so be ready to boss them around. A few threatening words and hard cranks with a Phillips should do it.Great piece of equipment!
