My 92 year old mother has bunions and hammer toes. She wears a size US 10/UK 41. These fit nicely and she doesn’t have to worry about shoes laces. I was getting her The Arcopedico Women’s LS. The ES are basically the LS without the shoe laces and fit the same.I like this shoe because it is casual and comfortable.I have several pairs of Arcopedico shoes and like the brand very much. This is the first time I've bought the soft fabric style. The stretchy knit is really soft and great for the tendinitis I have in my feet. BUT, I have a AA foot, and find that my foot slips sideways because the fabric is simply too soft to keep a foot stable. I put in an orthotic, thinking it would take up room as well as give me better arch support, but it lifted my heel too much, so not only did I slip sideways, but my heel slips out of the shoe. Not o.k. Since I'm using these only as house shoes, I've inserted small arch supports and am wearing thicker socks, and am very mindful to walk carefully so I don't slip sideways and mess up my ankle. But the fabric is so nice for my sore foot top, that I'm going to keep them. I'm writing this as a heads up to those with narrow feet. Consider a different shoe.Comfortable...soft and cute.Good support ??Looks better than sneakersI love Arcopedico shoes. They are very comfortable for my bad feet and bunions. What I like about the ES shoes is no shoelaces to lace up each day and also much better arch support. Great if need need bigger toe box and comfortable fit.Recently I broke a bone on my big toe and received a deep laceration next to the bunion on it. Although healed and I'm working again, finding a shoe that looks nice and does not aggravate the bunion has cost me a fortune in footwear.I'd read the reviews of this shoe and tried ONE MORE TIME to find a shoe that is kind to my bunion.Immediately, my foot was comfortable and I wore it right away to run some errands. My race walking shoes have mesh and these shoes are completely made of a mesh like material. Hence the comfortable fit from the get go.Unfortunately, I just ordered another pair, the last one available in Navy. But I will scout out the other Arcopedico styles to see if a meshlike one is similar. There are a few of these above left in red or white. For those of you with bunions, I say these will do nicely. Don't spend hundreds of dollars as I have for the past years hoping for a bunion-friendly fit. Thanks Amazon for posting all those customer reviews.I really like this style of Arcopedico shoe and several other styles. Because the shoes are knitted, they are very comfortable, by giving lots of elastic like ease that envelops the bumps and turns of my hard to fit feet. It’s also available in many colors to go with many different outfits. The support is good, but could be better. Because I have small feet, I really wish all Arcopedico shoes were made in a smaller size. I do best with a size 5 (35 European), but in most cases, I cannot find what I want in that size. Usually I can only get a size 5.5 (36 European), so the shoes fit a little loose. At times I actually can “walk out” of these shoes because they are loose. That looseness also affects the support of the shoes, which explains my comment about this shoe being good, but could be better.
